You may cancel your AlwaysOnPro AI subscription at any time by:
Your service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your AI receptionist will be deactivated and your phone number will be released. We will send a confirmation email when cancellation is processed.
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. These fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, including partial months. We do not provide prorated credits for cancellations mid-cycle.
One-time setup fees cover account provisioning, AI assistant configuration, and onboarding support. Setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellation.
We may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
To request a refund for any of the above, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@alwaysonproai.com with your account details and a description of the issue.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that we determine to be fraudulent may result in immediate account termination and referral for collection.
